I offer bespoke reflexology treatments, a holistic therapy that helps achieve many, many health benefits.  Top of the list is deep relaxation, relieving stress and tension, balancing hormones, relieving aches and pains, improving circulation and lymph drainage and so much more.  Reflexology feels amazing to receive.  I simply apply gentle pressure to areas of the feet, hands or face with my hands, and your body’s own healing ability gets to work, helping your body achieve a balanced state and a feeling of wellbeing.  I love what I do, and my clients say it shows in my treatments.
