What to expect

The first thing we will do in the consultation is discuss all I need to know about you and the symptoms you are struggling with. You can ask whatever questions you have.  Next we agree a priority and then comes a treatment of gentle relaxation techniques on your feet. Most clients say that as soon as we start the treatment they start to relax, many fall asleep, others drift into a lovely feeling of calm and warmth.  Many feel tingles, even flows of energy, but most feel a deep sensation of relaxation.   Your body will take what it needs from the treatment.  The last step is to discuss findings and develop a bespoke treatment programme that suits your needs.

I had never had reflexology before so was unsure what to expect, Lisa puts you at ease immediately and you can feel the stress leave you even before she has touched your feet!  I was sceptical as to whether your feet could truly be connected to all parts of your body and any ailments you might have, but have been shown that reflexology can really help. Lisa is professional, knowledgeable and I will be returning.  Kim
