I help the body to get back to being balanced and function as it should do. Reflexologists do not claim to cure any conditions. We use gentle, relaxing techniques on the feet, face, ears or cranium to support wellbeing and help relieve physical or emotional discomfort.

My approach is to provide the best bespoke holistic reflexology that suits you. I am calm, approachable and totally focused on what is best for you.

Treatments may combine multiple modalities, including foot reflexology, facial reflexology, auricular reflexology, cranial reflexology, Reflexology Lymph Drainage techniques and Indian Head Massage. I also deliver shorter treatments for babies, toddlers and under 16s with a parent present.

NHS Staff Wellness Centre

Lisa worked with the NHS to provide onsite treatments one morning a week from 10am until 2pm, offering 20 or 30 minute foot or face reflexology at a reduced rate of £20 or £30 for NHS staff. This option can be replicated to other NHS locations.

Baby Reflexology

A gentle introduction to reflexology for babies and toddlers.

Hours: 09:00 to 17:30 (last appointment), Monday to Friday
Cancellation policy: 24 hours notice required to cancel or reschedule

Mobile visits: Require a quiet environment and parking outside
Under 16s: Parental consent required, adult must be present
