Reflexology Lymph Drainage:

​

Reflexology techniques for lymph drainage are designed to help treat swelling in limbs often resulting from surgery for cancer but also for non-cancer related inflammatory and auto-immune conditions including arthritis. It can be incorporated into foot reflexology treatments or as a dedicated appointment.  There is no additional cost if RLD is incorporated into an hour appointment. Dedicated RLD treatments are the same rate as foot reflexology above.

Auricular reflexology and ear seeds:

​

Ear reflexology can be a stand alone treatment or added to foot or facial reflexology treatments. Stand alone treatments are £45 for 30 mins treatment and combined with others are listed below under Combined treatments. The benefit of this addition is it is a treatment I can teach you how to do at home to help yourself. Applying ear seeds to the reflex point allows continuous pressure on the reflex between treatments.

Indian Head Massage (IHM)

​

Massage that releases tension in the muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders to stimulate blood flow, reduce headaches, improve anxiety and stress, clears sinuses and detoxes the body - 40 mins appointment - £35.  When Indian Head massage is combined into a reflexology treatment the price will relate to the length of time of foot reflexology treatment.

Working within companies: I visit organisations to give short treatments in the office to support their Wellbeing programmes with reflexology for their employees. There is a choice of the length of appointments to suit schedules and budgets

 *  30 minute taster sessions £30 - expect 20 minutes treatment 

 *  45 minute taster sessions £40 - expect 35 minutes treatment

 

Staff Wellness Centre at Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust:  I am thrilled to be based at the fabulous new NHS Staff Wellness Centre in Reading to give reflexology to staff.  I am onsite on Wednesdays from 10am until 2pm and I offer 20 or 30 minute foot or face reflexology treatments at a reduced rate of £20 or £30 for NHS staff (until end of July 2024). Seniors Helping Seniors: The care team at this amazing company providing in-home care for older people are supported by the management with reflexology treatments.

Reflexology at wellbeing retreats: I support wellbeing retreat organisers with providing reflexology treatments for guests. Prices vary according to location of retreat and type of retreat. 

​

Baby reflexology:  30 minute appointments for babies and toddlers to help with a range of symptoms including colic, reflux, wind and constipation. The relaxation also helps encourage better sleep and support immune systems £25

Under 16's:          Consent from a parent needed for under 16's and an adult will need to be present.              Treatment length will be adjusted to suit the age and cost amended.

Mobile service:   Visits to you in your own home need a quiet environment and parking outside

Open hours:       09:00 to 17:30 (last appointment) Monday to Friday and 10:00 – 16:00 Saturdays

Cancellation policy:  Please respect our time together and inform me about any cancellation or need to reschedule a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Any appointments that are missed or cancelled less than 24 hours in advance prevent me from being able to treat and help anyone else in that time so you will be charged in full. I reserve a right to cancel or wave cancellation charges in case of illness, and unexpected circumstances, including Covid-19 symptoms.
