A home visit or a visit to Bray?

A mobile appointment can suit you if you would like to stay in your own surroundings. When enquiring from Windsor, tell me your area or postcode and the days that would work for you. I will check availability and confirm the arrangements before you make plans.

For a home treatment, I need a quiet environment and parking. Think about a time when you can put calls and other interruptions aside. If your home is busy, visiting the Bray treatment room may give you a more comfortable opportunity to switch off.

If you choose Bray, I will share the details for your visit when we arrange your appointment. The treatment room is near Maidenhead, off Junction 8/9 of the M4. Allow time for your own journey, rather than relying on a fixed travel-time estimate.

Which treatment would you enjoy?

Foot reflexology offers time to rest while gentle pressure is applied to areas of the feet. Facial reflexology is another option if you prefer a treatment focused on the face. Cranial and auricular reflexology and Indian head massage are also on the treatment menu.

You can choose a single treatment or ask about a combination. If you are unsure, describe the sort of appointment you would enjoy, such as a short introduction or a longer relaxation session. I can explain the differences and help you choose without needing to commit to a package.

Planning the time and cost

A first foot-reflexology appointment includes a 15-minute assessment and a 50-minute treatment for £50. Follow-up foot-reflexology appointments cost £45, with 55 minutes of treatment in a one-hour appointment. Please check the treatment menu for other techniques and ask me to confirm arrangements for a mobile visit.

Your first consultation gives us time to discuss your wellbeing and comfort, and any health information relevant to the appointment. You can ask questions before treatment starts. Reflexology is offered for relaxation and wellbeing alongside, rather than in place of, any medical care you need.

I am Lisa Wand, MAR, a member of the Association of Reflexologists with a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology. My additional training includes facial, cranial and auricular techniques. I work with clients across Bray, Maidenhead, Windsor and nearby areas.
